This event is closed to volunteers, as we already have a full contingent. However, you are welcome to attend the event and visit all of the different organizations represented.
About the Event: This event continues to be inspired by the Civic Spark model organized by Representative Sarah Liguori, whose leadership and partnership helped shape this initiative. Our goal remains the same: to connect ASU West Valley’s 5,000+ students with organizations across Arizona that promote civic engagement, advocacy, and community leadership, while making the event even bigger and better this spring.
As a student government initiative, the Sun Devil Advocacy Fair must remain nonpartisan. Participating organizations are welcome to share their work, values, and issue-based advocacy, but may not promote political parties or candidates. The focus is on empowering students to engage with issues they care about and become active participants in our democracy.
What to expect:
